Two Ways to stay on Terra Sancta.

Accommodation Only
Whether you’re doing a self-contained, self-directed retreat, planning to play in the ocean or in waterfalls all day, you’re just interested in beautiful, peaceful accommodations on Terra Sancta. Note: Because of the sacredness of the land and the way she’s asked to be held and engaged with, we do ask that all guests join us upon arrival (or the next day, depending upon arrival time) in making a heartfelt offering ot the land. You can be as lavish or as succinct as you wish; just bring your heart! And in any case, we will leave some written suggestions and offering materials, if this is a new practice for you.

Accommodation + Add-on Supports
While doing your own thing, be that boldly adventuring with nature or serenely decompressing, you may want to avail yourself of a set of deep tissue massages and water healings, some Life Force Activations, or a set of energy treatments and private yoga every morning. The way we most often structure this, for clarity for all, is to identify the desired treatments / ceremonies upon arrival and map a rough plan for the week that works brilliantly for all!

Private House; The Arc
The Arc offers a King room (can be split into 2 singles, if needed) and 2 Queen Rooms. He also has a Private Yoga Shala and Saltwater plunge pool. The Arc holds such a tremendous blend of comfort and expansive energies. See below for more details and photos of the different rooms, living space, etc.

Glamping Magic!
We have a fatastic Glamping set up; offering a private bathroom, shower, kitchenette, and beautiful Shala area. Tent space can be organized with one King bed or with 2 Doubles. It’s a tremendous opportunity to sleep directly on the land. Note: This option is Season-dependent; so reach out with your dates, and we will get in touch!

The Arc is a gorgeous 3 bedroom house that feels absolutely magical to be in — we credit the generous, loving Arcturian Collective who hold the home's gridding and offer boundless support and connection to all who come with open hearts. With the Tinamaste Ridge looming grandly behind, the house has several gardens and sitting areas facing the Pacific Ocean and the expansive valley between. Whether you’re seeking deep rest, expansive play, supported healing or anything in between, it’s the perfect place to enjoy complete comfort while nurturing rich connections — to nature and to your higher self.

Creating Sacred Offerings Together
One of the languages of Ayni (a concept of sacred, organic reciprocity from the Q’ero People in Peru’s Sacred Valley) so heartfully recognized by the land of Terra Sancta — and our Earth Mother more broadly — is that of ceremonial offerings, or Despachos. We first learned and practiced this beautiful practice from Q’ero Maestros and have incorporated into every stage and phase of Terra Sancta’s development and expansion. It is beautiful and playful. And at this stage in her development (see the masses of flowers and gifts she overflows with…) it truly has become a practice of allowing the land to offer to herself from herself; talk about a felt experience of infinite abundance!
In whichever way you stay here with us, we will support you in making a beautiful, simple offering to the Earth Mother. It’s quite incredible how good, how familiar, it feels to our hearts.
More About The Arc

The Arc has an open living room, dining room, kitchen space; allowing for together time and flow.

There’s a King bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and two queen bedrooms. All bedrooms have sliding doors and gorgeous light.

There are two full bathrooms with tiled showers. The King bedroom has its own bathroom, with an inside/outside shower, featuring a full sliding door. The other full bath is between the two queen bedrooms, accessible from the main living space.

There are outdoor patios and spaces to sit on every side of the house. There’s also a firepit down by the newly created little Yoga Shala that’s just for your personal use [coming January ‘25]. :)

Just steps from the Arc, you’ll have your own saltwater plunge pool, facing the ocean. [Finishing Feb ‘25] Between playful adventures or healing treatments, let the waters nourish and uplift you!

We will try to list the most common things we get asked:
—The Arc’s got speedy WiFi! We are grateful to have strong fiber optic here. While there can be occasional outages, it’s as reliable as it gets in CR!
—Laundry! A stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer in the pantry. :)
—Yes, a small AC unit, but windows and breeze at our location — 1600 ft above sea level — are wonderful!
—We will provide all linens, pillows, towels, kitchen basics, blender, french press, etc.
—We have a few yoga mats, but bring your own if you can / love it. ;)
—We will provide a fire starter / fire ceremony kit, and you can take it from there.

The Arc: Pricing
Treat yourself to the whole house and a nourishing solo-stay; or bring resonant loved ones. It’s up to you!
Minimum Stay: 5 Nights. Maximum Occupancy: 5 Guests
Accommodation-Only Pricing Starting at $222 / night depending on # of guests and season. High Season brings different energy exchanges.
2. Onsite Supports: If you’re doing Accommodation + some onsite supports, we will simply add onto your nightly base whatever combination of Soul Blueprint sessions, nourishing massages, Water Rebirth Ceremonies etc. you’d like to book!
House Agreements
We welcome a sacred, retreat energy within Terra Sancta and within the Arc; encouraging playful enjoyment of the space without any loud music or parties of any kind. As mindful and grateful members of this small village, we believe that there are ways for everyone to enjoy and express without impinging on the serenity and peace here. Nature truly is the altar, and we offer this space with joy and openness of heart to those wanting to come connect with and be nourished by her.
Recreational Substances
It is truly with love and without any judgment that we request that guests on Terra Sancta refrain from the use of alcohol or any other recreational substances; including smoke of all kind (except as part of offerings to the land). This has nothing to do with any idea or concept of right or wrong, it’s merely a matter of vibrational resonance; for the land herself and for the other beings here. :)
Noise
As grateful members of a respectful and quiet (occasional dog barks and distant town plaza fiestas notwithstanding) village, we try to hold “quiet hours” from 7PM to 6AM. There are fantastic ways to play and celebrate without creating noise that would disturb the peace of others. Thank you for joining us in this. :)
