Payment and Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking
We love direct bookings, and we aim to make it more favorable (no fees, more flexible cancelation) than booking through Airbnb would be. Payment: We ask that you pay 50% upfront [via paypal, venmo, cash app, zelle, wise, or bank transfer.] We will then have you pay the additional 50% upon arrival. Cancellation: If you need to cancel more than 45 days before your arrival, we will refund your entire deposit. No questions asked! If you need to cancel within 45 days of your arrival, we will keep the deposit since we may not be able to find a replacement booking in that time.
