As our frequency rises, all that is no longer in resonance gets spun out! It’s beautiful to have an array of physical tools and practices to support the clearing of our fields — so that we can feel the light and support always and already available to us!

While we don’t need physical tools, and all can be done in the energetic, we find that physical tools, perceptible to our physical senses, can be a wonderful and grounded complement.

Here, I dive into a few examples of sacred tools that we use to support a physical clearing of any density that might have popped up and out as more and more of our soul signature flows in! This is merely a sample. There are so many gorgeous allies right now. Ask your Higher Self’s help encountering the ones that will most support you!

And in my experience, the most important step is setting an intention and calling to, bridging to the spirit of the beautiful ally. In the case of this video, we review:

1. Clearing our fields with sacred smoke — sage, palo santo, etc.

2. Using Agua de Florida to clear and brighten; magnetizing and creating resonance again with higher energies.

3. Working with potent oils to clear and organize our fields (I realize I don’t go into detail here around the way to use the oils, but try using on specific pressure points, chakra points, or even just deeply inhaling.)
